Bistro Potatoes Poutine Style
Ingredients
McCain's Bistro-style
Meat for roasting
Poorly cured cheese (buffalo mozzarella, cottage or similar)
Flour
Black pepper
Salt
Preparation
1. When the meat is roasted, serve the juice and fat in a glass jar, let them sit for a few minutes so that the fat rises to the surface and separates the fat from the juice.
2. Put the fat in the saucepan you used to cook the meat and heat over medium heat.
3. Add the flour and cook for one minute.
4. Add the meat juice little by little in the bottom until you get a creamy gravy sauce.
5. Use a wooden spoon and stir the bottom of the saucepan well so that the meat juice that may have stuck is integrated.
6. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 10 minutes. Season to taste.
7. While the gravy sauce finishes thickening, prepare McCain's Bistro-style potatoes following the cooking instructions.
8. Serve the potatoes on the plate and add the cheese cut into small cubes.
9. Finish the presentation by adding the hot gravy sauce and ready to serve!
