Crispers American Mac N’ Cheese

Ingredients

Crispers potatoes from McCain

1 cup pasta (crow)

1 tbsp butter

1⁄4 cup onion finely chopped

1 garlic clove finely chopped

1 tbsp flour

1 1⁄2 cup milk

1⁄4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

1 1⁄2 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Salt

Teaves finely chopped

Preparation

Boil the pasta (crow) according to the package instructions. Drain them to the edge.

Prepare the Crispers potatoes in the air fryer at 175°C for 2:45 minutes or in the oven with 200°C air for 12 minutes.

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.

Sauté the onion and garlic in the butter until they become transparent.

Add the flour to the pot and stir until combined, without clumping.

Reduce the heat from medium to low, add milk & pepper. Stir constantly until the mixture starts to thicken.

Add the cheeses one at a time and stir until they melt and the mixture becomes smooth.

Mix the cheese mixture with the ready-made pasta. Salt and taste.

Serve the McCain Crispers potatoes and add the pasta-cheese mixture in the amount you want.

Add the chopped teaves for freshness & aroma.

If you want you can add chopped bacon, sausage, pepperoni or any other favorite choice.
