Crunchy Petals Pulled Beef Loaded
Ingredients
CRUNCHY PETALS potatoes by McCain
1,3 kgr beef shoulder
2 beef cubes
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
salt, pepper
3 tbsp olive oil
2 onions finely chopped
4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 cup. wine red
allspice
cinnamon
rosemary
laurel
3 tbsp corn flour
Preparation
Season the veal with salt and pepper
In a pot, sauté it on all sides & remove it to a platter.
In the same pot, sauté the onions and garlic for a few minutes.
Add the wine and after it evaporates, add the tomato paste, all the herbs, the 2 cubes diluted in 2 1/2 cups of water and the Worcestershire sauce.
After adding the meat, simmer for about 2-2.30 hours.
Take out the meat and with 2 forks divide it into thin pieces (fibers).
In a bowl mix the corn flour with a little water and add it to the sauce simmering & stirring for 2 minutes.
Fry McCain Crunchy Petals in an air fryer at 175°C for 2.45 minutes.
Serve the potatoes by adding the meat & as much sauce as you wish.
