Patata Burger Goat Dried Tomatoes
Ingredients
– 2 Potato Waffles
– 110 g chicken fillet
– Sun-dried tomatoes
– Arugula salad
– Goat cheese
Preparation
1) Prepare the ingredients. Wash the salad.
2) Bake the Potato Waffles in a rotating oven for 2 to 3 minutes at 200°C.
3) In the meantime, cook the chicken fillet
4) Assemble the burger by adding the goat cheese, tomatoes, arugula and chicken fillet between the two Potato Waffles. You can add a gourmet sauce.
