Potato Pops – Mexican-Style
Ingredients
– McCain Potato pops
– McCain guacamole or fresh guacamole
– Cherry
– possibly kidney beans
– Sour Cream (e.g. Develey Sour Cream Sauce 875 ml)
– Parsley
Preparation
For the guacamole:
– use Mccain Guacamole (item no. 1000006685) in practical 500gr. containers or homemade, fresh guacamole
To put the ingredients together:
– Use a piping bag
– Place a quarter of lime on the side of the plate (for a touch of freshness)
