Ingredients

- 6 bites tomatoes-mozzarella

- 1 avocado

- Grate vegetables (celery, red cabbage ...)

- Hummus

- Salad

- Sundried tomatoes

- Cashew nuts

- Goji berries

- Paprika

Preparation

1) Cook the tomato-mozzarella bites for 4 minutes at 175°C.

2) Meanwhile, slice the avocado and grate the celery and red cabbage into fairly thick strips.

3) Place them in the bowl on a large salad leaf, then add the tomato-mozzarella bites on top. They will bring delicacy and texture to your recipe, while making it original and more attractive to your consumers.

4) Finish the dressage by placing on the side some sundried tomatoes, cashews, goji berries and season everything with paprika.
