Fried Potatoes With Artichokes
Ingredients
1.5 kg McCain Slices (7mm)
375 g leeks
7.5 g garlic cloves
500 g mushrooms
50 ml lemon juice
625 g artichoke hearts
5 ml olive oil
1 tsp thyme
15 g chopped parsley salt
pepper
Preparation
Clean the leek, wash and cut into thin slices. Peel the garlic, dice into small dice. Clean the mushrooms, quarter them, turn in the lemon juice. Halve and quarter artichoke hearts.
Heat the oil in a pan, fry leeks and mushrooms in it for 4 minutes, add the thyme. Stir in the artichokes and let it get hot. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper. Fold in fried potato slices.
