Loaded Fries Crispers With Pulled Chicken
Ingredients
2 servings of CRISPERS (approx. 150 g per serving)
2 chicken breast fillets
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 spring onion
5 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon mustard
a pinch of paprika powder
a pinch of chilli powder
Salt and pepper
smoky cocktail sauce
Butter/ Oil
Preparation
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. When the water boils, keep the heat to a minimum. Place the chicken breast fillets in the pot and let them steep for about 15 minutes (do not boil!). After the time has elapsed, remove the chicken breast fillet and drain. With special meat claws or simply with two forks, the chicken meat can be pulled.
Heat some oil or butter in a pan. While the pan heats up, cut the onions and garlic into small pieces and then fry them. Now you can add the plucked chicken pieces. Add ketchup, paprika, chili powder, pepper, salt and mustard and stir over on low heat. Be careful not to get the meat too dry!
Prepare the CRISPERS in the deep fryer and season lightly with salt. The CRISPERS are served in a bowl. First put the CRISPERS in the shell, spread the chicken meat over it and finally refine with spring onions and cocktail sauce.
