Rustic Burger With Surecrisp
Ingredients
- 250g minced steak
- 1 tomato
- 1/3 cucumber
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 slices of bread
- Salt / Pepper
- Mayonnaise
Preparation
- Clean and slice the tomato and cucumber.
- Mix the Dijon mustard and ketchup in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, and mix everything.
- Heat the oil in a pan for about 2 minutes and cook the meat on both sides over medium heat.
- Toast the bread on both sides until crispy. Once done, compose the burger starting with the sauce mixture, then the meat, tomatoes and cucumber.
