Maxi Chips With Chicken And Curry

Ingredients

Ingredients for 4 people

– 280 g Maxi Chips potatoes

– 150 g chicken fillets

– 90 g onions

– 3 g garlic

– 2.5 g ginger

– 7.5 g curry paste

– 1.5 g curry powder

– 175 ml coconut milk

– 12.5 ml of olive oil

– 0.5 g Thai pepper

– 0.5 g chives

Preparation

1) Cook the Maxi Chips in a large amount of hot olive oil at 175°C for 3 minutes and 15 seconds. Blot with paper towels and add a pinch of salt.

2) Season the chicken fillets and cook in a saucepan with the olive oil. Cover and cook on each side for 2 minutes. Tear the chicken into strips and set aside.

3) In the same saucepan, sauté the garlic and minced ginger, add the julienned onions and let cook. Stir in the curry paste, minced chili pepper and curry powder.

4) Serve the Maxi Chips and cover them from the chicken mixture.
