Maxi Chips With Meat And Soy Sauce
Ingredients
– 280g Maxi Chips
– 125g of pieces of meat
– 50g mushrooms
– 100g green onions
– Garlic
– Ginger
– 50ml soy sauce
– 25 g meat broth
– Olive oil
Preparation
1) Cook the potatoes in a large amount of hot olive oil at 175 °C for 3 minutes and 15 seconds. Blot with paper towels and add a pinch of salt.
2) Meanwhile, sauté the meat over high heat, stir in the green onions cut into julienne (reserve the green part), cut the mushrooms into large strips and then add the garlic and minced ginger.
3) Arrange the potatoes in a dish and cover with sautéed meat, then add the green part of the cut green onions.
